Recently, I found the desire to eat a little better, not that I’m eat junk. I noticed that I ate a lot of sweet snacks not very good for me. I do have a terrible sweet tooth.
I was looking for some energy bar recipes and I found one that seemed to agree with my tastes! I am very difficult when it comes to food!

I find this site really interesting and the recipes look awesome, I am definitely going to try some more in the near future! The slow cooker Chicken Tikka Masala seems delicious.
They are made of 4 ingredients
- Peanut butter
You mix everything up in a food processor, spread on a baking sheet line with paper, put in the fridge for 2 hours and Tah-dah!
Very easy to do. I tasted them and they are delicious.
This is not totally in the line of eating better but it’s a first step away from factory chocolate and bars full of i-can’t-even-pronouce-that-ingredient.
